WHAT WE NEED:
- 1 clear photo of your product, ideally with the model number visible.
- If no model number is available, please provide a photo that clearly shows the full product and key features (e.g., charging port, headlamp face, flashlight body, knife handle, etc.).
- If you are submitting a close-up photo to show damage or a defect, you must also include a full product photo so we can confirm the model.

We do not accept altered, edited, or digitally modified photos. This includes filters, markups, blurring, or any changes to the original image. Submitting altered photos may result in your warranty request being delayed or denied.

IF NO MODEL NUMBER CAN BE FOUND:
Below are great examples of photos that clearly show the full product and key features (ex. charging port/no charging port, headlamp face, flashlight body, knife handle, etc.) This is so we can see as many features as possible of the product to help us determine the model.
PLEASE AVOID THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF PHOTOS:
- Photos that only show one side or corner of the product, that does not have clear feature or model number shown.
- Close-ups of damage or defect WITHOUT showing the full product.
- If you are submitting a close-up to show damage or a defect, please also include a full product photo so that we can confirm the model.
- Blurry or low lighting images.
EXAMPLES OF PHOTOS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS AND WILL VERY LIKELY CAUSE DELAYS TO YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST:
